Welcome to DropGadget (operated by TerraCore Trading LLC, UAE mainland licensed under General Trading). By accessing and using www.dropgadget.com (the “Website”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.


1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our Website, including the purchase of products offered on our platform. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to these terms as a binding contract between you (the “Customer”) and TerraCore Trading LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”).

  • TerraCore Trading LLC is not liable for minor discrepancies between product images/descriptions and the actual product received.


4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and may also be displayed in USD or QAR for convenience.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
  • Payments are processed securely via approved payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal).
  • By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total order amount, including applicable taxes and shipping fees.


5. Order Acceptance

  • Orders placed on the Website constitute an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.
  • Confirmation of order receipt does not guarantee acceptance. We may cancel or refuse orders due to payment issues, stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or non-compliance with these Terms.


6. Delivery & Shipping

  • We partner with reliable couriers (Aramex, ePacket, Cainiao_to_shop_uae_pd, among others) to deliver orders to customers in the UAE and Qatar.
  • Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout but are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs, courier operations, or force majeure are outside our control.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact details.


7. Refunds & Returns

  • Our Refund & Return Policy (available separately on the Website) governs all refund and return requests.
  • By purchasing from DropGadget, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the Refund & Return Policy.
