At DropGadget (operated by TerraCore Trading LLC, Dubai, UAE), we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our customers in the UAE and Qatar. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains our shipping methods, timelines, and customer responsibilities.


1. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship orders to customers within the United Arab Emirates (UAE) and Qatar.
  • For other Gulf countries, shipping may be arranged in the future and will be updated on our website.


2. Shipping Methods

We partner with trusted courier companies, including:

  • Aramex (preferred UAE courier)
  • Cainiao_to_shop_uae_pd
  • ePacket

All orders are shipped via trackable courier services. Customers will receive a tracking number by email/SMS once the order is dispatched.


3. Processing Times

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or UAE public holidays will be processed on the next working day.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

  • UAE Deliveries: 5–10 business days from dispatch.
  • Qatar Deliveries: 7–14 business days from dispatch (subject to customs clearance).

Please note: Delivery timelines may vary depending on supplier location, courier performance, and customs regulations.


5. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on delivery destination, courier, and order size/weight.
  • Promotional offers (e.g., free shipping) may be available and will be clearly communicated on the Website.


6. Customs & Duties

  • Orders shipped to Qatar or outside the UAE may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by local authorities.
  • Customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs or import charges upon delivery.


7. Failed Deliveries

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, absence of the customer, or refusal to accept the parcel, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, additional re-delivery fees may apply.
  • Please ensure that all delivery details provided during checkout are accurate and complete.


8. Delays & Force Majeure

DropGadget is not liable for delivery delays caused by:

  • Customs clearance procedures
  • Courier operational delays
  • Weather conditions or natural events
  • Public holidays or force majeure circumstances

We will, however, assist customers in tracking and resolving delivery issues to the best of our ability.


9. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date shipping details at checkout.
  • Track shipments using the courier-provided tracking number.
  • Receive parcels personally or authorize a trusted individual to do so.
