Shipping

Processing time: 1–3 business days.

Delivery estimates (business days) & fees (charged in AED):

  • Europe (major) (most EU/EEA countries, excluding Ireland, Finland, Norway): 10–21Free
  • Ireland: 10–21 — AED 10.00
  • Finland: 10–23 — AED 11.00
  • Norway: 11–25 — AED 20.00
  • United Arab Emirates: 8–23 — AED 19.00
  • Australia: 8–23Free
  • Canada: 9–23 — AED 23.00

Orders are charged in AED (display currency may vary). Tracking is emailed when shipped. Duties/taxes at destination are the customer’s responsibility.
Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.


Returns & Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window from the day you receive your order.

Return types

  • Change of mind (no reason needed): return within 14 days in unused condition, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.
  • Defective/incorrect item: contact us within 7 days of delivery for approval (RMA). Approved returns must be shipped within 14 days of approval.

What qualifies as a defect

  • Arrives damaged or broken
  • Doesn’t function as advertised
  • Significantly different from description/photos
  • Missing essential parts/accessories
  • Manufacturing defect that affects functionality

Evidence required: include photos/video showing the issue.

Not defects / not eligible:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Misuse or improper handling
  • Cosmetic-only issues (minor scratches) that don’t affect use
  • Buyer’s remorse after 14 days
  • Compatibility we didn’t guarantee
  • Issues first reported after 15 days from delivery

Return shipping & costs

  • Defective/incorrect item: we will provide return instructions. Where required by law or at our discretion, we may supply a prepaid label, arrange a replacement without return, or reimburse reasonable return costs that we pre-authorize in writing. No restocking fee for defects.
  • Change of mind: customer pays return shipping. No restocking fee; however, we may deduct for diminished value if items are used, missing parts, or not in original condition.

How to start a return (RMA)

  1. Email support@dropgadget.com with your order number, reason, and photos/video (for defects).
  2. We reply within 2 business days with your RMA and the correct return address.

We run a distributed (dropship) model. Approved returns are sent to our UAE returns hub or a designated supplier address. Unauthorized returns or shipments without an RMA may be refused. Please use a trackable service.

Refund method & timeline

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 5–7 business days after the return is received and inspected (your bank/card provider may take longer).

Compliance

This policy is designed to comply with UAE consumer law and EU/UK withdrawal rights. TerraCore Trading LLC may update this policy in line with regulatory changes.
